SYNOPSIS
    To use in a Sah schema:

     ["str",{"x.perl.coerce_rules"=>["From_str::ToCryptoExchangeCurrencyPair"]}]

DESCRIPTION
    This coercion rules checks that:

    *   string is in the form of "*currency1*/*currency2*"

    *   *currency1* is a known cryptocurrency code

    *   *currency2* is a known fiat currency or cryptocurrency code

    *   *currency1* is not the same as *currency2*
